Yoga starts with the body inviting air in. The mind joins the breath and they travel together, exploring channels in the body, uncovering hidden knots that were formed by injury, tension or emotion, nourishing those bound areas, breaking up and releasing them with an exhale to create clear, receptive space. The breath is our tool to keep the mind focused and draw us in to the workings of our body. With it, we become aware of our own distinct rhythms and can begin the process of contemplating how our patterns intertwine with all life around us.

Current Teaching Schedule

Shelley holds space within her classes and sessions where students may, through both movement and stillness, explore balance, and honor their individual intentions. She would love to have you join her community!

Each week Shelley offers an hour-long virtual flow class with guidance for the beginner yogi as well as options and space for the more advanced practitioner.

You have the choice to practice live via Zoom on Wednesday evenings AND/OR practice with the recording for up to four days after the live session. With your purchase you will receive links for both the live and recorded sessions as they become available each week.

Or, if you have something very specific in mind for yourself—plus up to two others—consider a custom session!
