A 75-minute class for up to 3 people tailored to meet your individual needs. Class styles could include slow flow, vinyasa, yin, or restorative. This could be a great option for beginners to learn the basic poses and/or an opportunity for any yogi who would like to dive deeper into some specific poses or work a particular area of the body.
Your purchase also entitles you access to a recording of the class—if you wish—which will be available for 4 days after each session.
