Yoga starts with the body inviting air in. The mind joins the breath and they travel together, exploring channels in the body, uncovering hidden knots that were formed by injury, tension or emotion, nourishing those bound areas, breaking up and releasing them with an exhale to create clear, receptive space. The breath is our tool to keep the mind focused and draw us in to the workings of our body. With it, we become aware of our own distinct rhythms and can begin the process of contemplating how our patterns intertwine with all life around us.

Shelley holds space within her classes, sessions, and special workshop/retreat offerings where students may, through both movement and stillness, explore balance, and honor their individual intentions. She would love to have you join her community!

Your first time practicing with Shelley? Please download, complete, and return the required student information/waiver form (PDF) via email at least 24 hours prior to attending your very first yoga class; this is a one-time form only.
If you can’t make it to my in-person class in Barrington, NH, and you have something in mind for yourself—plus up to two others—consider the option of a virtual 75-minute session, which can be customized for any yogi(s), beginner to advanced.
Practice live via Zoom and then with the recording for up to four days after the live session.

Shelley Snodgrass Robinson, RYT 200, graduated from Boston Yoga School 200-hour teacher training under the direction of Ame Wren and Terry Coburn; she has also completed training in Yin Yoga with Freeport Yoga Co.
