I hold space within my classes where students may, through both movement and stillness, explore balance, and honor their individual intentions. I would love to have you join our community!

Practice with us live via Zoom on Wednesday evenings. Each week I offer an hour of online flow class with guidance for the beginner yogi as well as options and space for the more advanced practitioner.

Or, if you have something very specific in mind for yourself—plus up to two others—consider a custom session!
