The Light of April
This month presents some great opportunities to begin or recommit to yoga, mediation, or any other healthy practice you may be wanting to try.

For me, spring feels like time for a spring cleaning-taking stock of routines that aren’t working, visualizing where I would like to be and making changes that will lead me there. In a sense, I am dusting off the dark and stagnant, and inviting light and energy in, finding ways to reinvigorate myself.

Sometimes the change we seek happens by literally getting rid of the physical objects that are taking up space and weighing us down, but it also happens by altering the set patterns in the mind, by changing our perspective.

I find that my yoga practice is a perfect way to create change or movement both physically and emotionally. It’s a way to breathe fresh air back into the body and clear way for the new.

I invite you to consider taking time this season to discover a new way to “dust off” and expose the light and radiance that exists within you.

Yoga Update
Great news! My Wednesday morning Slow Flow Yoga classes will resume at The Barn at Windpointe on April 4th. Prices will remain the same. Drop-in $10. or 4 classes for $35. (New student discount- your first class with me at The Barn is only $5.) Please email me to let me know you are planning to attend and I will send you directions, if you need.
