Yoga & Art Retreat

We invite you to spend one day in your natural rhythm.
We encourage you to uncover the joy that lays dormant inside.
This is not a day for impressing anyone or proving anything.
This is a day devoted to listening to the wisdom of your body.

The day begins at 10am with slow flow yoga to stir the energy in the body.
A guided embodied meditation will connect you with the wisdom of the body.
You will create a Paper-Play collage, creating a unique work of art in a low-risk way.
Lunch, created by Erin Dillon, will nourish you with delicious plant-based food.
The day will be sealed with restorative yoga & loving-kindness meditation.
At 4pm the day ends with a silent gratitude circle.

Shelley Snodgrass, RYT 200 can be found at Shelley is an artist and yoga teacher in mid-coast Maine. She teaches vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga. Both her art and yoga practices are inspired by the organic flow of breath, body and lines in nature. Shelley holds a BFA in Sculpture from Maine College of Art, and earned her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Boston Yoga School.

Amy Partridge-Barber, LCSW can be found at Amy is a psychotherapist in Portland. She has been studying and teaching the art of compassionate listening for 25 years. Amy holds a BA from Colby College and an MSW from Boston College.

Erin Dillon can be found on instagram as yosoyerin15. She is a yoga student and teacher. She holds a BA from Skidmore College and earned her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Boston Yoga School. Erin is a vegan and a Plant Lab Culinary Artist who believes in the interdependence of yoga and food to heal body and soul.
